More about programs
How she became a HY Worker:
Katerina has an extensive experience in ministry among children and youth. She works as a leader of leisure-time activities for children and youth in her hometown. Whether it’s regular meetings, summer camps, weekend trips or one-off special themed events.
She got to a HY ministry as if ‘by a chance’. She was looking for a change and working with children in the field of HY ministry seemed to her to be a meaningful and very interesting idea and a good opportunity for self-realization.
She herself wrote: “I see the HY ministry as part of my vocation to devote myself to young people and as a huge opportunity to pass on Christian values to them.
As a part of my work in schools, I would like to see a reduction in the incidence of negative and risky behavior among children.”
